About me
Robin DeRosa is the director Learning & Libraries at Plymouth State University, and a national advocate for public higher education in the United States. She was an English professor for fifteen years before becoming the director of a unique Interdisciplinary Studies program where students create their own majors and help develop the curriculum and course architectures for their own learning. She then served as founder and director of the Open Learning & Teaching Collaborative for several years. In her current role, she works with faculty and staff to develop community-based approaches to pedagogical and curricular innovation. She lectures and publishes widely on Open Education and building a more sustainable, equitable, and hopeful future for higher education.
